the staff was helpful. The room was quite clean and made up every day. I found it convenient that the location is right next to the train station. I also appreciated the convenience of having both a 7-eleven and a Lawsons right next door. a beauty store.
The nearby station closes just before 10pm, so if you arrive after that time, you must exit from other exits. This was inconvenient.

great locationquieter areaunfriendly staffno option
The room was a superior double room non-smoking. the location was near the station and also near ginza. It was a quieter area compared to other parts.
The staff member was not attentive. The lady who assisted me was quite unfriendly. i told them that we could not have breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport, and they offered no option.
